Barakat commenced his legal career in 2015. Ever since he has focused exclusively on personal injury law.  He has experience and a keen interest in claims involving workplace injuries, transport accident injuries, public liability and Medical Malpractice. His professional journey has afforded him extensive experience in litigating cases across various courts in Victoria, including the Magistrates’, County, and Supreme Courts.

With a wealth of experience under his belt, he is prepared to take on insurance companies on behalf of his deserving clients, ensuring that they receive fair treatment and just outcomes. Barakat has a strategic advantage in advocating for optimal results for his clients as he has previously represented the Victorian WorkCover authority in defending WorkCover claims.
